About me

My name is Nicola Manenti, and I’m an industrial engineer with over 15 years of experience in the operational management of manufacturing companies, both in Italy and abroad.

Throughout my career, I’ve held leadership roles in multinational and structured companies, managing production plants, people, budgets and costs, investments, industrial innovation, and supply chains.

Today, I serve as General Manager of two production sites in Romania, part of an Italian group, where I oversee more than 600 people. Business travel is part of my everyday life.

And it’s precisely from this experience that Airnect was born.

How it all started
